Submission and claim intake for specialty underwriting teams
An agentic underwriting workbench that builds and verifies your submission and claim record for you.
What it is
Submissions and claim notices arrive by email.
The record is built and verified against the documents each package arrives with.
Verified values sync into the systems the team already runs.
How it works
Arrives by email
A submission or claim notice arrives at a dedicated intake address, exactly as the broker or insured sent it. No upload step and no preprocessing.
Extracted and recorded
Agents read the documents and record the relevant values as structured fields in the workbench, each field citing the document it was drawn from.
Verified at the point of entry
Specialized agents verify each value against its source documents before it is recorded, not after. Values that cannot be confirmed are corrected or held.
Synced over API
Verified values sync to the system of record and the package is filed in the document management system over API, automatically as each field is confirmed.
What stays on the workbench
Every value keeps the citations it was drawn from, the verification outcome that confirmed or refuted it, and any correction the underwriter made.
A login to the workbench comes with the offering, so the team can open any field and trace it to source.
Where the values go
Verified values leave the workbench for the systems the team already runs: the system of record and the document management system.
Salesforce and SharePoint are two examples the workbench connects to today.
Claims
Claim notices run through the same mechanism. A notice arrives by email, its record is built and verified against the documents, and verified values sync out.
Claims intake is the same workbench, not a separate product.
Pricing
Subscription pricing, quoted to the organization. How the quote scales:
- Volume
- Scoped to the submissions and claim notices the team runs through intake each month.
- Lines
- Scoped to the lines the team writes and the fields that carry risk in each.
- Deployment
- Included. Workflows and integrations are fitted to the systems already in place.
The program
The founding group is capped at 6 seats. Applications close November 13, 2026.
A participant gives working time in regular sessions and candid feedback on real submissions and claim notices from their own book. In return the workbench is fitted to their systems and lines, they hold priority on the roadmap, and their deployment is credited against future pricing.
The founding group is full. Contact sales to talk about the next group.
